AFFORDABLE HOUSING: Appropriating Sadowski Affordable Housing trust funds generated by documentary stamp taxes on real estate transactions to the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) and State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) programs?

Candidate Comments:I would suggest that local government, private interests and nonprofit organizations all
should get together and allocate funding to make sure the specific issues are follow through to provide
adequate resources for affordable housing and the legislature adhere to and focuses funds for affordable
housing and advocates the William E. Sadowski Afforda House Act of 1992. The local government
should be held accountable and adopt a policy to eliminate any regulatory blocks to strongly promote
rehabilitation of deteriorated, substandard house. Government should always provide an incentive to our
developers and waived the impact fees, by introducing inclusionary zoning, making it an obligation by
setting aside plan development that will ensure the development and production of stand alone or multiunit
affordable workforce.
IMMIGRATION: A policy against incarcerating undocumented persons who have no criminal record or against whom no criminal charges are filed?
